At LEONI, Fabio held several significant roles, including Director of Finances and Controllership for the Brazil Unit, and successfully managed financial, human resources, and operational functions across various units in Brazil, Mexico, and Paraguay. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing the start-up of a plant in Paraguay, achieving a profitability rate exceeding 18%, and leading strategic financial planning and analysis activities. Fabio began their career as IT Manager at Unicabos, where responsibilities included developing ERP systems. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Paulista and advanced degrees in Industrial Management and Financial and Controlling Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
