Alannah Donald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client onboarding, project management, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Manager at Okendo since May 2022, Alannah specializes in merchant onboarding, system adoption, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure customer success. Prior roles include SEM CX Onboarding and WEB CX Digital Marketing Specialist at Localsearch, as well as a Design Consultant at Superdraft, where project management and client design visualization were key responsibilities.
