Andrea Tobolová

Andrea Tobolová has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of HR. Andrea began their career at Telefónica Czech Republic as a Customer Service Specialist from September 2011 to January 2014. Andrea then worked at Alexander Mann Solutions onsite GE Money Bank as a Recruiting Administrator/Support Administrator from February 2014 to January 2015, and later as a Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter from February 2015 to July 2015. From August 2015 to October 2016, they worked as a Consultant Permanent Placement/Researcher at Randstad Czech Republic.

In November 2016, Tobolová joined Shopsys as the Head of Human Resources, where they managed the HR department and was responsible for developing systems and processes related to people in the organization. Andrea held this position until March 2021.

In May 2021, they joined OKIN Group as the Head of HR Front Office, where they led the HR Front Office department and collaborated with various companies within the OKIN Group. Their responsibilities included creating and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating recruitment activities with the USA branch, partnering with HR in all OKIN Group companies, and managing and motivating the HR Front Office team. In January 2022, they were promoted to the role of HR Manager of HR Front Office, where they continued to oversee recruitment strategies and hiring processes and took on additional responsibilities such as training and development initiatives. Andrea held this position until August 2023.

In February 2021, they founded and served as the Chairman of Adriana - místo, kde na to nejsi sama, z.s., a self-help group for individuals who have experienced sexual violence/assault. The organization provides support through meetings held in Ostrava as well as online meetings for participants from different regions of Czechia.

Most recently, starting in July 2023, Tobolová works at OKIN Process as the HR Manager, where they are responsible for managing HR activities within the company.

Andrea Tobolová completed their Master's degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Masaryk University Brno from 2004 to 2010. Prior to their university studies, they attended Gymnázium Nový Jičín, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
