Pavol Ilčišin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pavol began their career in 1995 with a one-year army service. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Technician at Basko s.r.o. - AutoCont a.s., providing support for the local representative. Pavol then joined Siemens as a Commissioning Engineer for EWSD in 1998, where they worked until 2001. Following that, Pavol worked at Aliatel as a Voice Network Planner in the Telco/IT industry from 2001 to 2005. In 2003, they founded GoldWealth.cz, a company specializing in personal investment advice in precious metals. Pavol also partnered with the Czech National Bank for sales of numismatic material and commemorative coins. In 2005, Pavol joined OKIN BPS as a Team Lead Manager in the Delivery Center Prague, focusing on the Telco/IT sector. In 2010, they founded LaserFoto.cz - LaserFoto.sk, specializing in subsurface laser engraving to glass.

Pavol Ilčišin has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics - Controling and Quaily from the Technical University in Zvolen, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they attended the Secondary Technical School in Tvrdosin - (SPŠe - Tvrdošín) and studied Telecommunication and Notification Technology. In addition to their formal education, Pavol has also obtained several certifications. These include Agile Fundamentals from ICAgile, which they obtained in November 2019, and PostgreSQL from LoveyData - PostgreSQL, which they obtained in February 2019. Other certifications include Introduction to Data Science - Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure from Počítačová škola Gopas, ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Certified, SIP Advanced and SIP Fundamentals from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, and EWSD Commissioning Specialit from Siemens Digital Logistics.
