Aleksandr Panev

Aleksandr Panev is an accomplished data and analytics professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Data Officer at Okko since April 2022, Aleksandr focuses on developing data architecture and management processes. At RAMBLER&Co, as Head of the Business Intelligence department since July 2019, responsibilities include devising and overseeing sales and audience plans while identifying business gaps. Prior positions include Head of web-analytics at МегаФон and Senior Analyst at Beeline Russia, where Aleksandr contributed to decision-making through data interpretation and multi-channel customer analytics. Additional experience includes managerial roles in customer satisfaction at UniCredit Bank and customer service analysis at Russian Standard Bank. Aleksandr holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Moscow Aviation Institute, along with a Specialist degree in Mathematics from the same institution.
