Luke Douglas

Luke Douglas is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director of Strategy Execution at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation since June 2024. Previously, Luke held various leadership roles at the Peace Corps, including Acting Director of the Office of Strategic Information, Research, & Planning, and Chief of Strategic Planning and Data Management from December 2020 to May 2024. Additionally, Luke worked as a Management Analyst for the National Park Service and held consulting positions at The Boston Consulting Group. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA and MPA from NYU, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College.
