Varvara Isaeva

Varvara Isaeva is a Lead UX Researcher at Okko since September 2023, responsible for prioritizing research tasks, managing research backlogs, selecting and training new UX researchers, and coordinating research tools. Previously, Varvara served as a Senior UX Researcher at USABILITYLAB LLC from April 2022 to January 2024, focusing on usability and accessibility interfaces through various research methods. Earlier experience includes a UX Researcher role at HSE UX LAB from March 2021 to December 2022, and a Junior UX Researcher position at Ю-эксперт from December 2021 to February 2022. Varvara holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology from the Higher School of Economics, completed in July 2023.
