Lupe Sheppard

Lupe Sheppard is currently the Finance Director at the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. Lupe has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on bookkeeping, payroll, and benefits administration. Prior to their current position, they were an accountant/firm supervisor at Ted A Weber CPA, an HR representative/sales tax specialist at Miracle Production/APSS/YDF, and a full-charge bookkeeper/HR at Industrial Gasket Inc. Lupe has also worked as a business analyst at Oxy and as an internal auditor at Thums Long Beach Co.

Lupe Sheppard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management. They also have certification from QuickBooks ProAdvisors USA LLC in Pro Advisor.

Lupe Sheppard reports to Jessica Hickok, CEO. They are on a team with Kristin Matuszewski - Senior Director of Operations & Membership, Will Gattenby - Senior Director of Membership & Communications, and Nabeel Jamal - Director of Marketing & Membership.
