Alix Nelson

Alix Nelson currently serves as an Admissions Counselor at Oklahoma Baptist University since October 2021 and has been providing biology tutoring through TutorPUG since October 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Team Lead/Barista at Stella Nova and a Laboratory Scientist at OU Health, where Alix performed clinical diagnostic tests and maintained patient confidentiality. Alix has also worked as a Home Care Provider, focusing on improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and dementia. Additionally, Alix contributed to community engagement as a Community Leader at Oklahoma Baptist University and has experience in volunteer roles with Send Relief and as an intern in the Youth and Children’s Department at Grove's First Baptist Church. Alix holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Oklahoma Baptist University, completed in 2020.
