Julie Rankin

Julie Rankin, MLIS, currently serves as the Director of Library Services at Oklahoma Baptist University, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include oversight of library operations. Rankin previously worked as a Public Services Librarian at the same institution and has extensive experience in education as an ESL Teacher at VIPKID and Beaconhouse Yamsaard School. Earlier roles include Library Assistant at Pioneer Library System and teaching positions in elementary education, including First Grade and Kindergarten. Rankin holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma Baptist University.
