Scott Douglass

Scott Douglass currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Pastor at Henderson Hills Baptist Church from July 2021 to August 2024 and as Executive Pastor at LifePoint Church between January 2017 and July 2021. Scott's earlier roles encompass Chief Operating Officer and Director of Human Resources at George Washington Academy, along with teaching positions in science and ancient civilization. Additional experience includes serving as a middle school teacher at Pflugerville ISD and running S.P. Douglass Management, Inc. as President/Owner. Initial career involvement began as an intern and project controls engineer at Zachry Construction Corporation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Texas A&M University, a Master of Management in International Enterprise Management, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
