Billie McConnell

Billie McConnell, Ed.D., serves as a Leadership and Cultural Development Consultant at WellMed Medical Management since February 2024, while also holding the position of Associate Professor at Oklahoma Christian University in the College of Outreach and Innovation since July 2021. McConnell has extensive experience in higher education as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Liberty University and a Senior Adjunct Faculty/Course Coordinator at Abilene Christian University. Additionally, McConnell is the Owner of The Learning Partner, focusing on positive student outcomes and technology initiatives. Previous roles include Professional Learning Specialist and Education Success Manager at MIND Research Institute, Head of School at Mobile Christian School, and Chair of the Graduate School of Education at Ohio Valley University. McConnell has also held leadership positions at Connected Consulting, Inc., and served as a teacher at Greater Atlanta Christian School.
