Jennifer Gray

Jennifer Gray currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Nursing at Oklahoma Christian University since June 2025. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Dean at the College of Sciences and Education from May 2023 to June 2025, guiding a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating on the development of an online prelicensure nursing program. From July 2015 to February 2025, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Oklahoma Christian University, including Chair of the Division of Natural and Health Sciences, Dean of the College of Professional Studies, and Associate Dean of the College of Natural and Health Sciences. At The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2005 to May 2015, Jennifer served as Associate Dean and Chair of the Department of Graduate Programs, overseeing faculty support for eight programs and around 2,000 graduate students, including DNP and PhD candidates. Jennifer's educational background includes a PhD in Nursing from Texas Woman's University, a Master's in Nursing Education/Adult Health from The University of Texas at Arlington, and Bachelor's degrees in Nursing from the University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University.
