Ken Jones

Ken Jones has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 as President and Chancellor at Lubbock Christian University, where they served until 2017. From 2012 to 2017, they also worked as the President and Certified Executive Coach and Public Speaker at Jones Leadership Center. In 2016, they joined Interim Health Care as a Senior Advisor, and in 2018, they became the CEO of Interim HealthCare Inc. In 2019, they started working at Jones Leadership Center as a Leadership speaker, leadership coach, and rancher. Currently, they serve as the Chancellor of Oklahoma Christian University, with a previous role as the President.

Ken Jones earned a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Ken also obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University in 2013.
