Paula Marshall

Paula Marshall brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination, with a career spanning over three decades in the hospitality and events industry. Currently serving as the CRM Database & Research Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau since November 2015, Paula previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Hilton Garden Inn OKC Midtown and Corporate Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Oklahoma City. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Sales at multiple hotels, and Director of Special Events at Quail Creek Golf & Country Club, where Paula specialized in planning events for members. Paula began their career as a Lab Technician and Phlebotomist at LTC Medical Labs before transitioning into hospitality. Educational credentials include attendance at Oklahoma City Community College from 1990 to 1994.
