Allisa Varughese

Allisa Varughese is a Public Health Specialist at the Oklahoma City County Health Department since February 2021, bringing valuable experience from previous roles, including an internship with Healthy Schools Oklahoma, where health programs were developed for over 60 elementary schools. Prior to that, Allisa served as a Medical Scribe at Benchmark Scribes, documenting vital patient information for Emergency Department physicians. Additionally, Allisa gained practical experience as a Practicum Student at the Oklahoma City County Health Department, assisting Public Health Specialists. Allisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community/Public Health from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2020.
