Phil Maytubby

Phil Maytubby has extensive experience in public health and education, serving as an Executive Consultant and Director of Public Health Protection at the Oklahoma City County Health Department since August 1990. Responsibilities include preparedness management, consumer protection oversight, building management, event planning, liaison duties, and epidemiology. Additionally, Phil held the position of Chief Operating Officer and served as a science center instructor at Oklahoma City Community College, where the focus was on instructing laboratory curriculum for biological sciences. Phil earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from the University of Central Oklahoma between 1982 and 1986.
