Meredith Weismiller

Meredith Weismiller has extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Premium & Catering at Professional Sports Catering for Las Vegas Ballpark since April 2021. Prior roles include Senior Premium Suites Manager and Alcohol Safety Coordinator at Levy Restaurants, and Special Events Manager at The D Casino Hotel Las Vegas. Meredith began a career in hospitality with internships, including a Food and Beverage Management Intern at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and participation in the Disney College Program. Educational background includes a degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and attendance at BI Norwegian Business School.
