Prior roles include Management Consultant at Gilliland Fluid Corporation since 2007, Director of the Travel & Tourism Division at the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department from 2004 to 2007, and Vice President of the Convention & Visitors Bureau at the Bartlesville Area Chamber of Commerce from 1997 to 2004. Tina Gilliland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
