Gayle Maxwell Apr

Gayle Maxwell, APR has extensive work experience in corporate communications and public relations. Gayle is currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Prior to this role, they worked for OGE Energy Corp as a Senior Communications Specialist for eight years. Before that, Gayle served as the Associate VP of Communications & Development at the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City for seven years. Gayle also held positions as the Public Relations Director at OSU-OKC and the Special Events and Projects Officer at the Office of Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin. Gayle started their career as the Public Relations Director at Visual Image Advertising (VI Marketing & Branding) and later became the Business Development Project Manager for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.

Gayle Maxwell, APR holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Journalism which was obtained from the University of Oklahoma. Gayle pursued their education at the university from 1987 to 1991.
