Heath Merchen

Heath Merchen has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on employment law and human resources. Heath started their career as an Attorney at the City of Auburn, where they served as a Prosecutor from May 1995 to July 1997. Heath then went on to work at the Law Offices of Michael J. Reynolds as an Attorney from July 1995 to July 1997. From July 1997 to July 2002, they served as the Executive Director of Human Resources and General Counsel at Auburn School District. In 2002, they joined the Oklahoma Education Association as an Attorney and Director of Technology/Human Resources. Heath also founded OKCMetroLaw & Merchen Law Offices, PLLC in 2002, where they currently work as an Attorney and Management Consultant.

Heath Merchen attended Nebraska Wesleyan University from 1988 to 1992. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree or what field of study they pursued during this time. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Seattle University School of Law from 1992 to 1995 and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
