Heather Cox

Heather Cox possesses extensive experience in policy analysis and program management within health and human services. Currently serving as Policy & Program Manager at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since April 2021, Heather previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from October 2016 to December 2019, where key contributions were made as both a Senior Policy Analyst and a Policy Analyst. Heather's early career included a role as a Food & Nutrition Program Specialist at the Texas Department of Agriculture and a Program Specialist position within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2008 and 2012.
