Michele Stafford

Michele Stafford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michele is currently employed at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority as the Sr Director of SoonerSelect Operations and the Director of Managed Care Plan Compliance. Prior to their current roles, they worked at Cognosante where they held various positions such as Manager of the VIP/Escalation Team for the 1095-A Project, Sr. Project Support Analyst for IMPACT, Implementation Manager for the Arkansas Medicaid Enterprise Replacement Project, and Deputy Project Manager for the Michigan Illinois Alliance Project. Michele also has experience at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, where they served as the Fiscal Agent Procurement Project Manager, Sr. Contracts Coordinator, and Paralegal. In addition, they have worked as a Paralegal at Foliart Huff Ottaway & Bottom, Mullins Hirsch & Rischard, and Lewis White Porter & Merchant.

Michele Stafford obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Oklahoma, where they attended from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Rose State College. In February 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
