Kelly McKinley

Kelly McKinley has been working as an IT Technician at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency since February 1990. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Warranty Administrator at Jackie Cooper BMW from 1988 to 1990 and as a Warrant Clerk at Joe Marina BMW from 1983 to 1987. Kelly holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.
