The IT and Technical Support team at OHFA ensures the smooth operation and security of the agency's technological infrastructure. The IT Director oversees the strategic planning and implementation of technology initiatives, the IT Technician provides day-to-day technical support and resolves user issues, and the Database Administrator manages and maintains OHFA's databases to ensure data integrity and availability. Together, they enable the agency to effectively serve Oklahomans by supporting the technological needs of the housing programs.
