Alisha Owens

Alisha Owens is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Oklahoma Humane Society since December 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with policies. Prior to this role, Alisha worked as an HRIS Admin at Enable Midstream Partners and as an HR Business Partner at Enogex, where data management, EEO reporting, and HRIS system implementation were key responsibilities. Alisha began the HR career as a Human Resources Assistant and Intern and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
