Aj Ferate

AJ Ferate serves as the Chairman of the Oklahoma Republican Party since May 2022 and has held the position of Of Counsel at Spencer Fane LLP since November 2018. Prior to these roles, AJ was General Counsel for the Oklahoma Republican Party from January 2009 to April 2021 in a volunteer capacity. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Regulatory & Environmental Affairs at the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association from November 2014 to October 2018, and as an Intelligence Analyst with the US Naval Reserve from March 2005 to April 2015. AJ also worked as Public Policy Coordinator at Devon Energy between January 2011 and November 2014, and held positions at Ryan Glover LLP, American Clean Skies Foundation, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, and Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals early in the career. AJ earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Oklahoma City University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
