Sarah Rowe Clutts

Sarah Rowe Clutts currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for the Oklahoma Republican Party since May 2022 and has been Litigation Counsel at Spencer Fane LLP since February 2016. Previously, Sarah held positions as a Litigation Associate at Lester Loving & Davies, PC from 2012 to February 2016 and as Co-Chair of the Edmond Chamber of Commerce Women's Network Council from 2013 to 2016. Additional experience includes working as a Licensed Legal Intern at Durbin Larimore & Bialick and a Legal Intern at Eddy Law Firm. Early legal experience includes an internship with the United States Senate from June 2008 to April 2009. Sarah earned a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law from 2009 to 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Minot State University from 2006 to 2008.
