Elizabeth Watkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and compliance. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Compliance for Oklahoma State University Athletics and a Founding Executive Board Member for The Rose Medal Foundation, Elizabeth has a strong background in organizational management and athlete outreach. Elizabeth previously held roles at Stillwater Medical Center, including Population Health Coordinator and Medical Scheduler, and has served as a caregiver, assisting patients with daily living needs. With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa, Elizabeth combines academic excellence with practical experience as a former student-athlete, having competed on collegiate softball teams at both the University of Iowa and Marshall University.
