Hub Roberts currently serves as the Director of Baseball Operations for Oklahoma State University Athletics, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hub held the same title at Appalachian State University from December 2022 to August 2023. Experience also includes serving as the Minor League Affiliate Clubhouse and Equipment Manager for the Chicago White Sox from August 2021 to December 2022, and as a Graduate Assistant for Baseball Operations and Equipment Manager for Oklahoma State Cowboy Baseball from September 2017 to August 2021. Earlier career roles include Assistant Clubhouse Manager for the Birmingham Barons and Bat Boy/Clubhouse Assistant for the same organization. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Leisure and Recreation Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Media from Oklahoma State University, an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson State Community College, and an Advanced Academic Diploma from Hoover High School.
