Luke Schaffer

Luke Schaffer currently serves as the Director of Baseball Operations at Ripken Baseball, where responsibilities include overseeing various baseball and softball activities and managing operations for events such as instructional clinics and tournaments. Prior roles at Ripken Baseball included Senior Operations Coordinator and Baseball Operations Coordinator, focusing on event organization and team management. Luke also held the position of Chevy Tour Lead, where overseeing a group of coaches at numerous camps nationwide involved addressing numerous logistical challenges. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shenandoah University and an Associate of Arts degree in the same field from Harford Community College. Additional experience includes working as a Landscaper at A Cut Above Lawn Care & Landscapes and serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at Bel Air Athletic Club.
