Amanda Marcott Thottunkal

Amanda Marcott Thottunkal, MPA, currently serves as the Deputy Division Director and Director of Energy & Empowerment Programs at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, overseeing a team of 11 and managing over $100 million in state and federal funding. With a background in energy program management, Amanda has held various roles such as Senior Energy Programs Manager, Nationally Certified ROMA Trainer, and Program Planner, focusing on grant management for Weatherization and State Energy Programs. Amanda's experience includes volunteering as a staff writer for Green Oklahoma and positions in accounts payable, customer service, and research during academic studies at the University of Oklahoma, where Amanda earned both a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
