Nichelle Dekeyzer

Nichelle Dekeyzer, Ed.D, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Okland Construction since August 2024, focusing on people strategy, culture, talent acquisition and development, and human resources. Previously, Nichelle held the role of Chief People Officer at CB Insights from September 2022 to September 2024, overseeing organizational design, compensation structures, and executive leadership development. Prior experience includes serving as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of People at R-Zero, as well as Senior Vice President of People and Vice President of Sales at Clearlink, where management of a large global sales team and P&L ownership for Fortune 500 clients were key responsibilities. Nichelle's earlier roles include Sr. Forecasting Analyst at E*TRADE Financial and a financial analyst internship at ON Semiconductor. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master’s in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Economic Development from Idaho State University.
