Slava Portnoy has a diverse background in customer success and business development, currently serving as Enterprise Customer Success at okoora since 2022, focusing on helping enterprises achieve strategic goals through SaaS and BaaS solutions. Previously, Slava was the Head of CX at MaxiServices from 2017 to 2022, managing growth and retention for high-net-worth individual clients with a multilingual team. Slava also led business development for the Global Medical Organization between 2013 and 2017, facilitating expansion into the B2B segment outside of Israel. Earlier experience includes roles at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) and Bank Hapoalim, where Slava developed team capabilities and customer service initiatives. Slava holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Open University of Israel, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
