Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at OKRmentors, Francesco aims to enhance strategic execution expertise globally. As the Founder of WiseWays, Francesco merges consulting insights with personalized coaching to help individuals and businesses overcome barriers to success. Francesco also holds positions as a Leadership and Career Coach with Growthspace, BetterUp, and EZRA Coaching. Prior to these roles, Francesco served as Senior Manager of Global Revenue Operations at Autodesk, where responsibilities included leading a center of excellence for strategic initiatives, and previously as Head of Direct Sales for Energy Products at Tesla, overseeing the launch and management of direct sales channels. Francesco's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Strategy & Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and an MBA Studies in Innovation & Change Management from COPPEAD UFRJ.
