Henri Sora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles, currently serving as a Founding Member and Advisor at OKRmentors since March 2022, and previously as Principal Consultant and Author at OKR-kirja since August 2019. Henri co-authored a leading Finnish book on Objectives and Key Results, utilizing the insights to help companies implement effective strategies. Henri has held significant positions at Ambientia, including COO and Board Member, overseeing operational work and P&L responsibilities for key business areas. Additional experience includes leading Labrox as CEO during a pivotal merger, serving as Chairman of the Board at Aucor Oy, and actively advising various organizations. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Aalto University and several certificates in board management and strategic leadership from prestigious institutions such as Yale University and Häme Chamber of Commerce.
