Yahya Anvar

Yahya Anvar has worked in various roles and organizations since 2000. Yahya began their career as a System Manager and Web Administrator at BookCity Online Store. In the same year, they also worked as a Project Monitoring and Consultancy at Negah Multimedia Co. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Leiden University Medical Center as a Senior Scientist, Postdoctoral Scientific Researcher, and Scientific Researcher. Most recently, they have been the Head of Data Science at OKRA Technologies since 2019.

Yahya Anvar started their educational journey in 2002 when they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Eastern Mediterranean University. Yahya then furthered their studies by obtaining an MS in Bioinformatics from Brunel University London in 2006 and 2007. Finally, they completed their PhD in Bioinformatics from Leiden University Medical Center in 2008 to 2011.
