Alice Di Giulio has a diverse background in policy, communications, and public affairs. Additionally, Alice worked at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in the Public Affairs Branch, where they assisted in developing public affairs strategies and supported outreach events and conferences.

Alice's earlier experiences include working as a consultant at the Secretariat of the 17th Assembly of States Parties to the International Criminal Court and as part of the Public Affairs Unit and Audio-visual Unit at the International Criminal Court. Alice assisted in public judicial hearings, organized institutional meetings, engaged with media representatives, and monitored media coverage.

Furthermore, Alice worked as Secretary/Chief Assistant at Rifugio alpino Don Umberto Barbera.

Alice Di Giulio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign languages for International relations (Applied languages) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2013. Alice then pursued a Master of Science degree in Political Sciences, specializing in European and International politics (International relations) from the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2014-2015, Alice also earned a double degree in European and international economics from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. Alice further enhanced their education by completing a Master's program in Diplomacy at ISPI - Istituto per gli studi di politica internazionale, Milan (Italy) from 2016-2017. In addition to their formal education, Alice obtained certifications in various fields, such as an Advanced Summer Programme on Terrorism, Countering Terrorism and the Rule of Law from T.M.C. Asser Instituut in August 2019, and language certifications including MLU Deutschkurs C1, OnDaF B2, DELF B2, and IDE Italian Diplomacy Education.
