Agnit Sarkar

Agnit Sarkar currently serves as a Principal Engineer - Security at Okta since October 2024. Prior to this role, Agnit worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Lookout from June 2019 to October 2024, where involvement included leading the iOS development for mobile security features focused on phishing and content protection. Agnit has held several engineering positions, including Senior Staff Software Engineer at Pulse Secure, where leadership of the Android applications team was undertaken, and technical expertise was brought to the mobile device management (MDM) suite. Additional experience includes roles at JobAroundMe as Lead Android Developer, Lexmark Enterprise Software as Senior Software Engineer working on enterprise mobile applications, and earlier positions at Rebaca Technologies and Lexmark focusing on video conferencing solutions and driver development, respectively. Agnit began the software journey at Folios International Pty Ltd., developing educational software. Agnit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Nagpur University.
