Bill Defazio

Bill DeFazio is an experienced tax and treasury executive, currently serving as SVP of Tax & Treasury at Okta. Previously, Bill held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Tax and Treasury at Blackhawk Network and Tax Partner at EY. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Tax & Treasury at Time Inc. and Vice President of Global Taxes at 21st Century Fox. Bill DeFazio holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven and an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University.
