Mark Novis

Mark Novis has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Mark started their career as a Tax Accountant at Hanna McGlone & Co. in 1996. Mark then worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP from 1997 to 2000. Following that, Mark joined The Hershey Company in 2000 as a Tax Planning Director, where they managed various aspects of US outbound international taxation, including tax structuring, transfer pricing, and tax audits. Mark spent a significant portion of their career at The Hershey Company, until 2020. After leaving The Hershey Company, Mark joined Utz Brands, Inc. in 2020 as the Senior Director, Head of Tax. Currently, they hold the role of VP Tax & Treasury at Utz Brands, Inc.

Mark Novis earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Mark later pursued further education at Villanova University, where they obtained a Master of Taxation degree in the field of Taxation from 2002 to 2005.
