Chael Banks

Chael Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Okta since July 2018, Chael has previously held the position of Vice President of North America Professional Services. Prior roles include Vice President of Healthcare and Life Sciences at Wipro Limited following the acquisition of Appirio, where Chael also served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales from July 2008 to December 2016. Additional experience encompasses Managing Director at ServiceSource, VP of Customer Operations at Borland Software, and Director at Cambridge Technology Partners, among others. Chael holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1989.
