Janna Groisman

Janna Groisman is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as SVP of People at Okta since October 2021, Janna previously held the position of VP of People at Renesas Electronics, overseeing HR strategies for the IoT & Infrastructure Business Unit and North American and APAC regions. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at Lumileds, Managing Director and Sr. Director of HR Business Partners at Applied Materials, and Director of Expert HR Solutions LLC. Janna's career also includes HR leadership at Troon Golf LLC and experience as an attorney specializing in labor and employment law. Janna holds a JD, cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Arizona State University.
