Mohit Jiwnani

Mohit Jiwnani is a skilled leader in talent development with extensive experience in various global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Okta since October 2023, Mohit previously held significant roles at Intuit from July 2016 to October 2023, including Global Talent Development Leader and Head of Talent Performance & Development for APAC, Europe, and Canada. At Intuit, Mohit focused on personalizing leadership development initiatives to empower diverse leaders. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Talent & Organization Development for South Asia & ASEAN at Underwriters Laboratories, managing talent management and succession planning strategies, and as Manager of Learning & Organization Development at Sapient, where business growth objectives were supported through tailored programs.
