Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Vice President UK&I at Okta since December 2021, Rachel spearheads sales initiatives and drives customer engagement to enhance Okta's presence in the UKI market. Prior to this role, Rachel held several key positions at ServiceNow and Oracle, including Senior Sales Director for the Industries sector at ServiceNow and various leadership roles at Oracle, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales teams to fostering strategic initiatives and partnerships. Rachel's educational background includes an MSc in Business Process Re-Engineering from the University of Warwick and a B.Eng&Com in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham.
