Scott Dermott is a Principal Security Engineer with extensive experience in cyber security, focusing on software engineering, incident response, and threat hunting. They have held roles at leading organizations including Okta, Symantec, and the British Army, where they enhance response capabilities and innovate detection solutions. Previously, Scott contributed to Panasonic and NAGRA, developing secure software platforms and performing network support. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Performance Analysis & Software Systems from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
