Nuala Conneely has worked in customer service and project management for over six years. Nuala began their career in the hospitality industry as a Guest Relations manager at Adare Manor. After a year in this role, they transitioned to The Red Carnation Hotel Collection where they worked as a Marketing Project Manager for four years. In this role, they were responsible for managing a wide variety of creative, CRM, and digital projects. Nuala also distributed projects to a marketing team and monitored progress, collaborating on a day-to-day basis with a mix of the digital team, designers, and agencies to manage project processes.
In December 2020, Nuala left The Red Carnation Hotel Collection to join Oktopost as their Customer Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring all team members strive to deliver the highest levels of customer service and for closely monitoring customer feedback and reviews. Nuala is also responsible for driving and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue.
Nuala Conneely reports to Yahav Dagan, VP, Customer Success. They work with Rachael Odili - Customer Success Manager, Yara Malalane - Customer Success Manager, and Tom Harrison - Customer Success Manager.
