Monika Passey is an accomplished design and strategy professional with a robust background in architecture and workplace design. With experience at Oktra as Design & Strategy Director and previously serving as a Senior Designer and Designer, Monika has honed expertise in creating innovative and effective design solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Workplace Design Consultant at Capita Property and Workplace Consulting and as a Senior Architectural Designer at Spacelab. Monika's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association and ARB/RIBA Part 03 in Architecture from UCL.
