Angelica Samudio

Angelica Samudio, CFCS, is an accomplished professional in fraud risk management and financial crimes compliance. Currently serving as the Global Head of Fraud Risk and Head of Global FCC at OKX since March 2024, Samudio previously held the position of FCC Monitoring & Investigations Lead at Zero Hash from December 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes strategic intelligence management at Meta and leadership as Section Chief in the Intelligence Division at the Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Samudio's earlier roles include senior management positions at Western Union and a compliance consultant role at Robert Half International, as well as team leadership in AML compliance at American Express. Samudio holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
