Lynsey Copping

Lynsey Copping currently serves as the EMEA Finance Director at OKX, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Lynsey was the Chief Financial Officer at M2 from September 2022 to October 2025, and at Matrix from January 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, Lynsey held the same title at DEX in 2020 and served as the Finance Director at Gulf Mercantile Exchange (GME) from January 2015 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes various finance roles at Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2015 and positions at UBS between 2002 and 2006, starting as an Audit Trainee at EY in the Banking & Capital Markets Group from 1999 to 2002. Lynsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Joint Honours Mathematics and Sports Science/PE from Loughborough University, completed in 1999, and A-Levels from Dubai College.
